We are delighted to announce the return of Mohamed Ismail to King’s Resort as our new Director of Guest Relations. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry, Mohamed brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and innovation back to our team.
Previously, Mohamed served as Assistant Vice President of Guest Relations and Director of Hotel Rooms at King’s Resort, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing guest experiences, and introducing innovative services. His leadership journey includes esteemed brands like Four Seasons and Corinthia Group, further enriching his expertise in guest services, operations management, and team leadership.
Fluent in Arabic, English, Czech, Italian, Spanish, and German, Mohamed’s multilingual abilities enable him to connect with a diverse range of guests and team members from around the world. His proficiency in leveraging technology and digital tools—especially in CRM, operations management, and project management—ensures seamless execution of services and an elevated guest experience.
